Our Crown Commercial Service Success
We’re pleased to announce that Diversity Travel have been successful in securing a place on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Public Sector Travel and Venue Solutions Commercial Agreement as the exclusive provider of air travel (Solution 3) to the new online solution. CCS has sought to provide new travel procurement solutions under its ‘New Public Sector Travel and Venue Solutions Procurement’ exercise and the innovative online solution provides a cost effective means of accessing the widest range of fares.

Under Solution 3 of the CCS’ Commercial Agreement, Diversity Travel will be the sole specialist supplier of the following air and travel services:
- Online Domestic & International Air travel (1-9 travellers)
- Online Eurostar Bookings
- Amendments, cancellations & refunds
- Multi sector air itineraries
- Technical support
- Management Information
This announcement follows the recent news of our multi-million-pound growth through recent contract wins. In 2017 we enjoyed overall revenue increases to £63.2 million, up 12% on the previous year, having brought in £12.9 million worth of new business following a number of key client wins, contract renewals and strategic appointments.
This appointment to the CCS Commercial Agreement, Solution 3, will allow us to bring our service and experience to the UK’s extensive group of public bodies.
