Paddington station disruption: National Rail, Heathrow rail and London Underground services have been delayed and/or cancelled after a major power outage has hit routes in and out of London.

• Trains not running between Paddington and Slough or Heathrow Airport.
• Separate severe Tube delays on District and Jubilee lines.
• Disruption to last all day.
