This month’s sixty seconds is with our Quality Assurance Manager, Jen, who’s worked within the Diversity Travel team for over 7 years.
What does your job involve?
Quality Assurance Manager is a new role at Diversity Travel with a main focus to drive and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all departments. My responsibilities encompass all areas of quality that might affect a client’s experience when booking with us. Working previously across multiple departments and managing reservation teams has allowed me to hit the ground running in this new position.
What are you working on at the moment?
I work closely with the reservations team managers, and other heads of department, to continually review and improve our service. Monitoring feedback from clients is an essential part of this.
What do you enjoy most about working at Diversity Travel?
It has to be the people, both colleagues and clients. I also enjoy the challenge of helping to find the best possible booking solutions for our clients.
What is the best destination you have travelled to?
New Zealand is a firm favourite at the minute! Beautiful scenery and a nice way of life, without being too different from home!
If you were stranded on a desert island and could only take three things, what would they be?
A good book, a pen knife & a bottle of wine.
