British Airways and American Airlines launch joint testing trial

British Airways, American Airlines and oneworld® have launched an optional COVID-19 medical-based testing trial for select flights from the United States to London Heathrow (LHR).
This effort aims to demonstrate the essential role that COVID-19 testing programs can play in safely restarting international travel.
Participating flights
The free tests will initially be offered to eligible customers booked on the following flights:
– American Airlines flight AA50 from Dallas / Fort Worth (DFW) to LHR
– British Airways flight BA114 from New York Kennedy (JFK) to LHR
– British Airways flight BA268 from Los Angeles (LAX) to LHR beginning November 25
*The trial will also be expanded to include American Airlines flight AA106 from JFK to LHR, with a launch date to be communicated.
