Concerns over Sri Lankan Airlines financial stability

Although still operating, recent reports indicate that Sri Lankan Airlines is currently experiencing financial difficulty.

If the airline does file for bankruptcy or cease trading you will be liable for the cost of any tickets already confirmed and it is unlikely you will recieve any money back. If your journey has already commenced, you would need to purchase a new ticket to reach your final destination with no recompense from the airline. For this reason Diversity Travel highly recommends not using Sri Lankan Airlines and using an alternative carrier to travel with.
